New single ‘High & Gritty’ is a true story of band leader Grippa’s spontaneous love affair with a Mexican beauty over in the land of the Zapatista’s, co-written and sung by Hempolics gang member Dandelion. It’s a reggae pop smash blazed with summery horn hooks and skilled dub effects. On the flip side is a killer jungle / dubwise remix from FLeCK, the internationally renowned DJ, who bumps the party tempo and ramps up the bass at least a couple of notches.
