DESCRIPTION:
The Memphis Music Commission's bi-monthly Music Business Seminar is held at Ardent Studios in Memphis and addresses different issues for aspiring artists.

The title for August 2015 was "REALITY CHECK: Talent Is Not Enough" and had a panel of experts address different aspects that can impact success. The panel included Kurt "KC" Clayton (Grammy-nominated producer), Angela Green (entertainment attorney), Darius B. Williams (photographer), Elizabeth Montgomery Brown (CFO Ardent Studios/Ardent Music) and Jayme Stokes (Style consultant).
