DESCRIPTION:
This video features Indrajit Banerjee on sitar and Gourishankar Karmakar on tabla warming up in the Green Room before their scheduled concert in April of 2012 in Houston, TX. As the musicians were practicing raga and tala, I was practicing with the new Canon 5D MK III with the stock 24-105 lens. I had no follow focus, external display or anything besides the stock 5d3. No processing was done to the video or audio. Unfortunately Youtube doesn't like the 5d3 codec (yet, hopefully) and so I had to import it into my video software and export as a new h.264 file that Youtube will accept, (even though 5d3 writes in H.264, and this is not All-I mode). Because of that, (and the Youtube encoding), the quality is barely not quite the same as the original. Nonetheless, enjoy the demo and these fine musicians!
