DESCRIPTION:
' Gather the Gaels ' by composer Brendan Breslin, produced by Breslin Music Mill, and is taken from a commemorative series of music by the same name.

Performed here played by concert orchestra, the piece has also been produced for wind and brass band formats.

The piece was commissioned for an Arena special on Rte radio, in lead up to the 1916 Easter Rising commemoration.

It is written as three moods based upon a theme; ' Óró sé do bheatha abhaile '.
