This is the official version of the theme music for planet Fury as found on the audio part of the CD for the full version of Fury3. I am posting this because there were requests for Fury and I wanted to make sure that it was clear that there is already a CD-quality version in existence.

FAIR-USE RATIONALE
I believe that this posting meets fair-use criteria because:
* The material is part of a compilation which has been out of distribution for over a decade.
* It is improbable (and no evidence exists thereof) that the Fury franchise will be reintroduced to the market.
* In the event that the Fury franchise were reintroduced, it is improbable that it would re-use these songs.
* In the event that a reintroduced version was made with the same songs, it is improbable that this posting would hinder the profitability of the game.
* This posting is for historical/archival purposes.
