Hailing from The Bay Area, The Earthlings have been killing live shows since ’95. Their unique style of hip-hop music is made-up of treal hyphy beats overlapped with thought-provoking lyrics. A favorite at San Francisco’s Maritime Hall, The Earthlings have been a dominant presence in the Bay Area’s underground hip-hop scene for almost a decade. They have honed their skills performing alongside such acts as De La Soul, ODB, KRS1, Rakim, Goodie Mobb, Fishbone, Jurassic 5 and Quannum Projects; and have toured the U.S. and Canada with hip-hop icons Hieroglyphics, Living Legends, X-Men and Z-Trip.

The current Earthling crew consists of five MCs- BOAC, TopR, Safahri, Dick Nasty and Conciet. Throw DJ Bootleg in with this talented handful, and there you have The Earthlings. Each MC brings his own additive to the group, creating a well-diversified sound. Popular with all-ages, The Earthlings’ high-energy stage performance keeps the drinks flowing and the dance floor lively. Impromptu free-styles enables each show to be unrepeatable and keeps fans coming back for more. Boac’s first CD release Modern Originalus was a breakthrough for underground hip-hop with its seminal classic “19 Ninety-Now Theme Transmission” which was one of the first to make effective use of Nintendo videogame music. TopR is a champ and popular host of free-style competitions throughout the U.S.

The Earthlings active participation in large hip-hop festivals such as "Broke Ass Summer Jam" prompted the creation and headlining of the 2001 "F*ck Pop Music Convention”. Most recently, The Earthlings performed on the 2004 “Vans Warped Tour” with Atmosphere & Non Phixon. The Earthlings also have regular performances in San Francisco at venues such as The Red Devil Lounge, Club 6, Studio Z, 111 Minna and various art galleries
