THE CROOKS play a raw punk rock'n'roll with a real personal sound that leads you immediately to those atmospheres known as NY '77 scene, tough they're from Milan, Italy. It is with this attitude that, back in 1997, Fab (vocals, gtr) formed the band that in two years became a good attraction for young punkers, playing around Italy alone or supporting bands from different countries, like The Libertine (USA), The Revolvers (D) , The Jackpots (USA), The Glucifer (DK), The Datsuns (NZ), Vice Squad (UK), Eddie and the Hot Roads (UK), Ash (UK). With such experience they started touring Europe getting good fans response and this leads them to put out new material during the last decade. Still alive and kicking the Crooks are going straight to the heart of rock and roll! From 1999 to 2012 they've recorded a 7" single (You make me Feel so sick), an EP (the dog), Four albums (Speed kills, Nothing to lose, High society R'N'R and Atomic Rock) and a bunch of songs spread in many compilations and tributes all around the world (Joey Ramone italian Tribute/Metallik KO, Johnny Thunders Tribute / R3, Locals Comp /La Skaletta, Rock sound punk comp n° 10,14, Sounds of underground comp)
