DESCRIPTION:
Bear Mountain performed their song "Congo" off their debut album "XO" at JBTV studios on 8/01/13. Bear Mountain was once the solo indie electronic project of singer/songwriter Ian Bevis, but expanded to a full band after joining forces with guitarist Kyle Statham and drummer Greg Bevis, Ian's twin brother. Kenji Rodriguez was also added as a full time band member performing live visuals. Their sound draws from everything from indie to house to R&B to pop so it's clear why they've toured with Bloc Party, MS MR, Hot Chip, and Cut Copy. They have also played major festivals including The Governor's Ball and Lollapalooza.
