Update: re relationships.....got married 3 weeks ago to a wonderful man who genuinely thinks I am, physically, quite a catch. (this is not the same man mentioned in the comments below. With him, I saw a future I didn't particularly like, and wanted more (we were just too different - although still friends). I expected to be long-time-alone after that, but then along came Mike. Now, at 41, I really do have my happily ever after :D
