Donkey Kong Country - Aquatic Ambiance / The End of a Heartache Metal Cover

Hello there! It's been a while since I've done a Donkey Kong cover. I found myself quite inspired by the Aquatic Ambiance theme from this game. However, the most incredible surge of inspirational force arose within me ONLY after I was once more listening to the awesomest song 'The End of a Heartache' by awesome Killswitch Engage. Thus I immediately chose this to be the ultimate format of the metal cover. At 75% of the song there's a tempo switch, showing a bit more of my personal metal arrangement style. As much as I enjoyed working on this theme, mixing it down was just plain awful! There's 19 layers of stuff going on, of which 14 are actual guitar tracks. Not even talking about all the submixes, effects etc. In short, you could say I've turned a knob or two.

Anyways, enough with the blabbering, I hope you enjoy this track as much as I did.

Headbanging to this song is only allowed if done underwater and in presence of spikey fish!
