DESCRIPTION:
The Little Piggies are a seasoned 5 piece Lincoln based ceilidh band with many years of playing experience between them. They have toured folk festivals around the UK and Europe, appeared on television and radio including Radio 2's "Folk on 2". They even had a recording of theirs played for a music lover on Hong Kong's version of desert island discs.

The ceilidh band consists of Tom on Guitar whose also "The Caller". An important role as he encourages the audience to get onto the dance floor and instructs them through the different dances. Playing either flugelhorn, trumpet or whistles is Tim, Sean on bass guitar, Dan on drums and Rick on electric fiddle.

The band plays mainly revved-up British traditional folk ideal for ceilidhs and barn dances. They believe in keeping things light hearted and fun and will encourage and instruct novices in all the different dances.
