DESCRIPTION:
Abecedarians - Benway's Carnival (demo from 1983-1985). This track would make its final mixed version on the b-side of the Factory Records release, "Smiling Monarchs" (produced by New Order's Bernard Sumner). The Abecedarians came out of the Orange County along with Drowning Pool and would play many venues both in Los Angeles and Orange County. They opened for New Order in 1985 when New Order played in California. They played alongside Psi-Com, Drowning Pool, and Savage Republic at Club Lingerie in 1985, They opened for Durutti Column at the Roxy in 1986.
