An audio to assist in triggering the necessary mental state for experiencing the Astral Projection phenomenon (see also 'OOBEs' - out of body experiences). It is to be used in conjunction with your chosen visualisation technique, i.e. 'the rope'.

The frequency used for the isochronic is 6.3hz - which many find useful for this purpose. The same frequency is embedded subtly within the music.
