A landmark partnership between ACL Festival and The The University of Texas Department of Intercollegiate Athletics made it possible for Texas Football fans to be in two places at once during today’s Texas vs. Baylor football game. For the first time ever, during the 3rd Quarter at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, ACL Festival cut in to the video board with a special, collaborative performance by Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and The University of Texas Longhorn Band. Capping it off with “Hook ‘em!” shout-outs from Austin Original, Ray Benson, Capital Cities, Rebelution and Skrillex.
