''Shake the Sheets'' is the fourth album by the Washington, D.C. rock band Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, released in 2004 by Lookout! Records. It was the band's last album for the Lookout! label. A music video was filmed for the single "Me and Mia."

''Shake The Sheets'' es el cuarto álbum de la banda de rock de Washington D.C, ''Ted Leo and The Pharmacists'', y fué lanzado el 19 de Octubre del 2004 por ''Lookout! Records''. El álbum explora temas sociales y políticos y experimento un cierto éxito con el tema ''Me and Mia''.
Cabe destacar que para este disco la banda se redujo a un trío ante la salida de dos de sus integrantes.
