El cóndor pasa sobre volando la pampa y la puna afilando sus garras, los músicos afinando sus cuerdas e instrumentos con alma, vida y corazón. Ha llegado la hora de celebrar con la pachamama o madre tierra, la existencia de una cultura milenaria y trascendental para toda América. La guitarra de Raúl García Zárate, los Violines Inkas y la Orquesta Filarmónica, se unirán a las quenas, zampoñas y charangos de InkaKenas, Raymond Thevenot, Takillakta y otros grandes exponentes de nuestro folklore.

La flor de papa, tubérculo andino por excelencia, forma parte de esta pachamanca sagrada que degustaremos desde Cajamarca con Matarina, pasando por las serranías de Lambayeque, cuna del Gran Señor de Sipán, atravesando el Callejón de Huaylas bajo la majestuosidad de El Huascarán, para dirigirnos más al sur y poder despedirnos con un Adiós pueblo de Ayacucho, antes de llegar al Carnaval Arequipeño y emprender el último tramo de esta aventura culinaria y musical que nos llevará a la Ciudad del Lago como se le conoce a Puno, y finalmente arribar a Machu Picchu - Cuzco, capital del Imperio. Al compás de estas hermosas melodías, prometemos regresar por estas tierras del Inca peruano y milenario, vencedor total de una geografía muchas veces inhóspita y olvidada, porque todos vuelven a la tierra en que nacieron.
