DESCRIPTION: An exhibit of pictures of Miles Davis taken by famed music photographer Glen Craig marked the opening of Don Cheadles non-biopic based loosely on a critical period in Miles' life. Even though it's,called "A Day in the Life of Miles Davis" the exhibit captures several months of intense collaboration. It features images from his landmark concert at the Fillmore East in March 1970 mixed with boxing workouts at Gleason's Gym, a mecca for serious pugilists.
