DESCRIPTION:
Yo!!! What's up, dudes?!? Well, at 51 minutes, this is easily my longest video. And at 11.5GB, it's by far the largest. The new Internet service is pumping it up in less than an hour, so I'm pretty stoked about the speed. Joe and I shoot the breeze about lots of stuff: guitars, amps, effects and "Starless," his first album release in over 10 years!

The new camera is still a work in progress. I'm noticing purple fringing at the wide-angle setting, so I need to get that sorted out. I also notice it does constant hunting for focus throughout the video, so I need to figure out how to set the focus to manual. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be able to store my settings in a template, so all of these things need to be done before I press record every time I record a video. I might just throw in the towel and order the Black Magic Cinema camera for a grand. With 13 stops of dynamic range, it's near Red Camera quality. But with a 225mbps video stream, files are gonna get HUGE! lol
