DESCRIPTION:
This piano tune is composed by 11 year old Áine Connolly and won the Royal Irish Academy of Music's Composition Competition 2012. Áine is a sister of Séamus & Tomás from the All Ireland Talent Show. She dedicates it to her Grand Aunt Kathleen who died 18th April 2011 who was a fine musician, teacher and collector of Irish traditional music. A wonderful lady who was a true inspiration to all those who had the pleasure to meet her. She will live on in the music and hearts of all those she taught and knew! Áine is joined in this recording by parents Dan and Mags.
