LES BATON ROUGE
(FROM 1998 TILL TODAY)
At the end of 1998, Suspiria Franklyn and James Jacket found the New Wave Punk band Les Baton Rouge.
The band's live performances were important to give them wordwide exposure. After two major tours in Europe and three major tours in The United States, the press claimed them as "The Sensation Band" and they were considered one of the best live acts of the decade, playing all over the world.
Their last record, "My Body-The Pistol", was released in 2004 by Elevator Music Records, and it was produced by the mythical name of Tim Kerr (Big Boys, Monkey Wrench, Bellrays) and was decribed as ".Some of bhe best music in living history", hitting the CMJ American Charts in the last years.
In 2001 Suspiria moves to Berlin (Germany) where she remains till 2006. During those years, Suspiria met Peaches . They become friends and Peaches (as a Les Baton Rouge fan) invited Suspiria and James Jacket to start a band. They used to go out, hang around and make nice jam sessions in one of the best artistic neighboorhoods in Berlin, Prenzlauberg.
Presently, Suspiria is the only portuguese woman who has her name on the Rock n Roll American History Book.

During the same year, she was the drummer of the X-perimental punk band Kiute Loss, together with James Jacket, Peter Shamble and Eve Von Schiller.
In the end of 98, she founded Women Non-Stop, together with Corrine Dumas and Paulo Eno (the charismatic singer of 77), as well as the
Jeanette Plat Corporation - joining some friends with the purpose of stimulate people to have an active role in the artistic environment. She made several conferences in punk clubs, universities and schools with special education - the lemma was "It's not a problem to be a girl".

(FROM 2005 TILL 2007)
Suspicious and Mediatic Slaves were both Electro Wave bands.
In 2005 Suspiria was touring when she met Caroline Werbrouck (from Belgium) and invited her to start a band. Two girls on stage, electro punk songs and a lot of fun, this was Suspicious. The band started in Berlin, where they recorded 2 EP's and immediately toured around Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Germany and United States.
