SUPPURATION (COL) Is a brutal Death/Grind/Band formed in 1997. at the very beginning, Suppuration Started playing Death Gore in the traditional style, under this kind of music suppuration released its first demo called "Suppuration". Some months later after long days rehearsing, they decided to put suppuration on a higher and heavier musical level, so the new compositions were played in a grind gore style.



In 2000 Suppuration started making contacts in the entire country with the most representative bands of this music style and also with the most important festival promoters and brutal death metal shows in order to start showing to the country the Suppuration music.

In 2001 they launched a split production with "Noise Funny Shit", with a total of 3 suppuration's tracks, those tracks were very appreciated on the local and national scene.

In 2005 Suppuration recorded the debut album called "Pain and Suffering" (All compositions, Guitars and Bass recordings were played by Ivan Jaramillo "Ancient Necropsy") this album was released by Mutilated Records.

By 2006 Julian Suarez entered to Suppuration as a Guitar and Vocal member, so Julian and Dying Betus formed a very compact duo.As a result of this, suppuration achieved a bunch of festivals and gigs around colombia that helped even more to the suppuration's spreading.

With the same line-up they entered to the studio starting the recording sessions for their second album called "A River of Corpses" this time the album was released by Brutalized Records (Col). During this process Nelson joined to Suppuration as its bass player.

Julian : Vocal and Guitars.

Dying Betus: Drums

Nelson: Bass

On July/2010 Suppuration launched the official Videoclip "Eating the Christians" from the album "A River of Corpses"



 



 



SUPPURATION (Colombia) es una banda de brutal Death Grind formada en el año 1997, en sus inicios Suppuration incursiono en la escena tocando Death/Gore al estilo tradicional, bajo este género se publica el primer Demo llamado “Suppuration” al igual que el nombre propio de la banda, tras varios ensayos, decidimos llevar a Suppuration a un nivel más alto y pesado musicalmente, asi fue como las nuevas composiciones se cargaron a un estilo mas grind-gore.



En el año 2000 suppuration empezó a ponerse en contacto con las bandas más representativas del género en toda Colombia, así como también se empezaron a generar contactos entre organizadores de festivales y promotores de eventos de Brutal Death Metal con el propósito de promover a la banda dentro del país.



En el año 2001 se lanzo una producción Split junto con la banda Noise Funny Shit, en donde grabamos 3 canciones las cuales durante la época fueron muy bien aceptadas.



En el año 2005 Suppuration lanza al mercado su debut CD llamado “Pain And Suffering”  (Composiciones, Guitarras y Bajos Compuestos por Ivan Jaramillo “Ancient Necropsy”) con el sello europeo Mutilated Records.



Para el año 2006 entra a formar parte de Suppuration Julián Suarez como guitarra y voz, y junto con Dying Betus  se consolido un duo con el cual durante dos años logramos participar en importantes festivales alrededor de Colombia que ayudaron aun más a la difusión de suppuration.



Con la misma alineación Suppuration entro a estudio a grabar su segundo CD llamado “A River of Corpses” el cual tuvo como sello discográfico a Brutalized Records (Col), durante este mismo periodo entra a Suppuration, Nelson en el bajo. De esta manera la alineación actual es

Para el año 2010 y a finales del mes de Julio, Suppuration hará el lanzamiento oficial del VideoClip “Eating the Christians” el cual hace parte del CD “A River of Corpses”.
