DESCRIPTION:
From Long Beach, California. Led by Sue "Su Tissue" McLane (vocals/ keyboards) with Frankie Ennui (Richard Whitney) (guitar), Vex Billingsgate (William Ransom) (bass) and Chuck Roast (Charles Rodriguez) (drums). Known for their sense of humor, this band scored a regional hit on the west coast with "Gidget Goes To Hell" in 1979. After the band broke up, Tissue tried a solo career and also appeared in the Melanie Griffith film "Something Wild".
