Another one of the great early Darkside Jungle releases, "The Dark Stranger" really showed Suburban Base was headed towards more of a Jungle direction in 1993 and like other labels at the time started to focus on Darkcore Jungle as an underground response to the watered down happy sounds in the top 40 mainstream.

The track features samples from Gary Oldman & Anthony Hopkins taken from the documentary "The Making Of Dracula". This record, which also includes "Real Hardcore", was also released as an all black vinyl promo for DJ's in 1993.
