DESCRIPTION:
In April 2008 Travis Arnold and I got several cases of beer and barricaded ourselves in my laundry room here in Dallas, Texas. He had a bass, a guitar, a recording console and I had my drums and mics and a bottle opener.
His solo Project BIGBENDER had been our vacation from Strangleweed and Travis had the vision. He played me the parts and directed me where the changes took place and we recorded almost an albums worth of material that night. As the beers flowed, so did the music.
One of the greatest recording experiences of my life and I'll never forget it.
