This gem of a recording first appeared on the Decca label in the 1930s. The Harmonizing Four for over 50 years traveled this nations highways and by ways. They were led by Gospel Joe Williams who was known for always starting the program on time. His brothers in the gospel included Tommy Johnson, Lonnie Smith, Jimmy Jones, Clarence Ross and Ellis Johnson. Guitar players in the late 80s were Sterling Holloman and Jesse Pryor.
