DESCRIPTION:
Jason Grant, 26, of Portland, Oregon passed away on January 28, 2012. Jason was born on April 9, 1985 in Chicago on opening day for the Chicago Cubs. He lived in Champaign, IL, Hattiesburg, MS, Overland Park and Lawrence, Kansas prior to moving to Portland. Jason worked for NW Paper Box in Portland, and pursued his love for music in the Lawrence and Portland communities. He was a vibrant, loving, and fun young man who was loved and will be missed by many.

Jason is survived by his mother, Jane Allen, two uncles, Kenneth and Ronald Allen, and best friends Jake Kersley and Jeremy Webb.

Services to celebrate Jason's life will be held Saturday, February 4th at Atonement Lutheran Church, 9948 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS, at 1 PM. There will be a light dinner served after the service. In lieu of flowers, information will be provided at the service for donations to The Jason Grant Scholarship Fund.
