DESCRIPTION:
Ha! I'm finally back! And it feels good too! I don't entirely know the explanation of why I disappeared, it wasn't anything bad. I guess I just got caught up on bigger projects I didn't have time to really work on my own.


Now that that's out of the way.

This song can have multiple stories to it but the story I think of goes like this...

Vinyl and Octavia were out enjoying the nice winter scenery before spring arrived. But to their knowledge it was "supposed" to be sunny weather, unfortunately it was the exact opposite, a blizzard. Caught right in the middle of it Vinyl and Octavia find themselves separated and lost in a vast globe of solemn winter.
The first part of the song takes place with Octavia desperately trying to find vinyl, who seems to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. what feels like hours to her Octavia eventually finds Vinyl and it becomes a final priority to make it to shelter. There's a final push to make it to their cottage where everything wraps up with the door closing behind them. Ending the story and the song on one final note,"We made it".


This song came together quite well and quickly I might say.

A HUGE thanks to lunar Studios After Effects artist: Stella Luna for making the sound visualizer and final effects of the video to give something entertaining to watch. I think it helps bring out some of the finer details in the song and brings some new possibilities to the table.
