DESCRIPTION:
This is the uncut version of this magnificent duet which requires a soprano with dramatic abilities and great agility. Denia Mazzola-Gavazzeni is one of the few sopranos that can be dominant in this part; making justice to this character. It is interesting to hear a Semiramide sung in full voice; a soprano that uses her strong low register, especially for this duet that is often screwed by leggeros. Another remarkable aspect is the diction; Denia Mazzola shows a clean diction, each word is used intelligently. Enjoy!
