DESCRIPTION:
I got the opportunity to try out the brand new NYXL Bass Strings from D'Addario - and since I recently had put on a brand new set of Pro Steels on my bass, I figured I'd to a comparison between the two types of strings.

Unfortunately they only had sets for four string basses left - so that's why I never use the low B-string.

Gear used (same settings/presets for both sets of strings):
Fender American Deluxe Precision V. w Darkglass Tone Capsule (Boosted Hi mids on the Metal-example, cut out hi and lo mids on the Funk-example)

Darkglass B7K (always on, same settings for both examples)
