STAND DEFIANT

Stand Defiant were a four piece, fast paced, melodic punk/hardcore band from the windswept south of Tasmania.

For over 8 years we toured, wrote music, helped our friends tour and shared stages with some of what i think to be the best bands on planet earth.

I'm not going to digress into a long list of whos' and whens but to our friends, you know who you are, thank you, thank you so much for the good times-and to the big leaguers, thanks for hanging out and making us think for just one second we could do what you have done.

Thanks also to the extended disconnect family for the days in vans, for the late nights doing artwork, the dead of night poster runs and the high fives without your dedication and support we would have been dead in the water long ago.

So it is with some sadness and disbelief that i sign off, say thank you for your support and ask you to listen and enjoy, download or burn any of our music, because in that way it always stays alive.

To my brothers, thanks for the good times and for being there for the bad.



We all have some new projects, Jason and I have something working with Jordan from Ballpoint and Pat Marshall from Your Demise Reece is now in Melbourne playing with The Omen and Kenny is in Ballpoint and is working with Jay in his band Betamax, keep and eye and ear out for us and come say hi.
