SPEEDRACER

SPEEDRACER has now evolved into one of Brisbane's hottest up and coming hard rock bands and have been gigging on the live music circuit since May 2006. They have quickly become a favorite on the local music scene. Their debut E.P titled "Sideshow Alley" produced by Nik Carpenter (Core Studios) & mastered by Matthew Gray was independently released 2007. The boys are currently gearing up to record their Debut Album to be released by mid 2011. Keep your eyes on this band! For bigger things are yet to come in the continuing saga of SPEEDRACER. a ride you don't want to miss!!!

SPEEDRACER have supported bands such as ROSE TATTOO, Electric Mary, Body Jar, Resin Dogs, Butterfingers, The Winnie Coopers, the Giants of Science, Torch Le Monde, Mia Carla, Fort (NSW), Sleep Parade (VIC), Tinman (VIC), Dreamkillers, Mortal Sin, Winnebago Deal (UK) and have played well known festivals such as Devils Kitchen, Caxton St Seafood Festival, Loud 08 & Loud 10 Festivals as well as the sold out 09 Qld Tattoo Convention.
They have performed live & had an interview on Bris 31 Channel's "Alive in Oz" show, and have received airplay on Triple J 107.7fm radio – Andrew Haug’s show – Full Metal Racket.
SPEEDRACER were also one of 9 Finalists in the LOUD 08 Band Competition (out of approx 180 bands from Brisbane, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast).
