Alright, this one is not from "Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends" but from another movie called "Speckles the Tarbosaurus".
It's actually a dinosaur movie about a Tarbosaurus who's facing through life that can be unfair for him. I won't spoil it for those who doesn't know the movie but I will say it's not a great/not a bad movie (unless you're into dinosaurs as your hobby). The music score, however, was actually pretty good which got me into composing this one since this original soundtrack wasn't released for real (yet). Don't know if I'll do more of them yet but I'll let you know and find out when the next music comes out.
