"Soul Man" (A Nu Disco, Rare Groove Mix) by DJ Spivey - Video
PUBLISHED:  Feb 24, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
In 1980 When I first began to Spin Records in My Room (Age 13), I played what at the time in Detroit a genre of Music we called "Progressive" this was the period after Disco and before House. This Music "Nu Disco" reminds me so much of that Flavor! On this Mix Soul Man, I even played some Classic Gino Soccio (From One of my Original Crates of Music), some Rhyze as well as some Old Skool Kimiko all from the 1980's (Both on New York Based SAM Records). This Mix is Funky and Very Soulful so you better Get Ready to Groove, Ya Dig!!! (LOL)
