The movie follows the fascinating making of a major organ for the Academy of Music in Esbjerg in details. It follows the work at the organ building workshops, and the installation and voicing in the concert hall. Hereafter you will gain an insight into some restoration projects, the challenges and impressing examples. Simultaneously the story behind Marcussen & Søn and the development in organ building through time is told. All supported by beautiful organs and organ music.

The movie was produced in 2002, but is still relevant as the procedures of our organ building is continually build on sterling craftmanship.
