Every Something Simple gig is one of those gigs.



Something Simple are an 8-piece musical explosion, every member born and bred in and around London, and between them boasting an impressive mix of musical blood from all over the world.



The band compose and play their own hybrid funk brew - based firmly in all styles of dance music from the 60s to the present day – funk, reggae, hip-hop, drum&bass and more, always played live, and always infused with strong melodies and satisfying and interesting harmonic ideas.



Their unique sound, charisma and intensely energetic live shows have so far taken them to many loved and respected London venues such as 93 Feet East, Cargo, Camden's Jazz Café, Koko and King's College, leaving everyone who hears them ecstatic, sweaty and desperate for more.
