This is a special brown noise track I've put together for sleep, meditation, relaxation and study. I've softened it, reduced a bit of the noise, and cut out some of the higher tones to create a deep, droning, specialized High Definition brown noise tone for sleeping, relaxation, meditation, studying, or even putting the baby down to sleep. And then I figured I would extend it to 12 solid hours so you can get the absolute most out it.

Brown noise, also known as Brownian or Red Noise, works wonders for creating a relaxed mood and aiding one's ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. Its deep, brooding tones and limited high pitches work as a perfect noise blocker (my favorite, in fact), and the sound has been likened to heavy rainfall, a freight train's rumbling, or an underwater soundscape.

If you've tried white noise and found it too harsh, brown noise may be what you need, and this special softened brown noise track was designed specifically with you in mind!

If you need to put the baby to sleep, brown noise and pink noise have been an absolute favorite of parents as the warm, soothing tones creates an instant lulling effect and both work well to keep the child asleep.
