PUBLISHED:  Jun 19, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
All The Madmen records released one record by Dan, a band (not a person) from Darlington. The All The Madmen album 'An Attitude Hits' was the very last record released on that label in 1987/88 and Dan's second album offering. The debut album 'Where Have All The Children Gone' was released on Meantime records, which Dan's Ian Armstrong created and run. Dan went there separate ways. Julie joining the third incarnation of Blyth Power (an ex All The Madmen records band) and Ian (bassist) and the other Ian (Wallis - guitarist) forming Sofa Head with Clair on vocals. Oh, and a drum machine! The first record a 7" single was a part release on Rugger Bugger and Meantime records. Rugger Bugger was created and run by Gummidge (ex All The Madmen records) and had a thanks to me on the sleeve (Mickey ex All The Madmen records). A fair few All The Madmen record links there!
