Ghetto Kuttz Vol. 4: Twenty...is the 4th ghetto Kuttz album, and it has 20 tracks....and it was recorded beside a Sister album called Brain Dead Killaz....which was recorded in a diffrent studio. As Zero started working with a Group called Sinister-X....he kept working on his own home brewed hip hop....this album released April 20th. 2004.
Every song was recorded while smoking...weather it be tobacco, resin, hash, or cannabis....even the Christmas song at the end. This is the last of the Pre-EDS era....The Fall of Sinster-X shaped the future of GKI in many ways....but this album was the last of the truly ghetto music tactics.
