The 'time' in the second line is a reference to the southern metal band Six Past Hell, who hail from Texas as well: "Whiskey soaked, beer guzzlin', double barrel shootin' kick-in-the-ass southern-born metal from the great state of Texas" (SPH Facebook)

Not quite sure what is meant by B.E.V., if anyone can enlighten me as to what it is or what I'm mishearing, please do so!
