The video was created using a series of stop motion animations based in a derelict house in rural Ireland, bringing a space that had been forgotten 'back to life'. In this video there are 3 stop motion videos combined and designed as a visual piece for Youandewan's remix of 'Ste Roberts - Week 8'.

Melanie is a video and sound artist who studied Visual Arts Practice for the past four years - working with a range of media essentially utilizing stop-motion animation combined with sound. Melanie is interested in the organic nature of stop-motion and how any given object or space can be brought to life, in any circumstance, and therefore creating a new purpose for this space or item.
