drugs can be such a very good thing...they kill viruses, they cure cancer...but for an addict they can lead one down a very dark path.... the good feeling they give us in the beginning is very deceiving...in no time they turn ethereal dreams into nightmares...they isolate us from those we love in a never-ending search for that next fix....that next high...eventually the high is gone and we are just left with an empty feeling needing the drug just to survive...because of the addiction, we end up destroying everyone we come in contact with in one way or another...leaving loved ones desperately searching for the son, daughter, mom, dad, brother, sister, they once knew...people surround us, yet we are alone with our obsession...our drug of choice forever leading us down a path that leads nowhere....annihilating everything in our course...drugs...they keep us bound to them, barb wired in a trench of no return... forsaking all else for their names sake...they become our God...our Alpha and our Omega....we get to a point that we can't even remember a time that we were without them...the drug and we are one...they are the beginning and surely the end if we cannot overcome the desperate hold they have on our lives....this is an odd video and decisively so...drugs can cloud our vision to a point that we can no longer tell what is real and what is not...there is a reference to heroin in this video that only an older addict would be able to reference...many in my circle could not overcome the demons that haunted them...drugs took them from this plane to the next, leaving behind only friends and families guilt ridden with 'I should have done mores" when truly there was nothing more they could have done...drugs, as with any other addictions have to be conquered from within....drugs begin as the best of times and sometimes end as the worst of times...if you feel you need help with any addiction, please pick up the phone and let someone know you are ready to quiet your demons...our family, our friends are more understanding and empathetic than sometimes we give them credit for...the video is from a new game called phantom pain, ninja gaiden 3, bioshock, and a game that will be released soon called the evil within...it looks like an awesome scary scary game LOL...I hope you enjoy this version of sister morphine...some love him and some hate him but one thing is for sure...when you hear Jagger's voice it is unmistakable ^^ and again it is never too late to take back control of who we are....believe me I know....blessed be to all :) and never give up hope...
