Another ground breaking NYC Hip Hop radio show taped it's final episode March 2, 2016.

And so it was only right Mista Sinista and I stopped by The Halftime Radio Show on behalf of the X-Men/X-Ecutioners to show our respect. Hosted by DJ Eclipse, ‪#‎Halftime‬ was one of a handful of underground radio shows in NYC that still supported true Hip Hop. Every time I reached out to E on some "yo E, I got this project I need to promote can I come through?" or "yo E, can you please play my dude's single up there?" I never got a "what's in it for me?" or an "I can't..." type of response. It was always "No doubt Rob!"

NO and DOUBT

Like how powerful are those two words together? That's exactly how E would reply with emphatic punctuation in his voice, "NO DOUBT"! Thus, reminding me the point of his show was to shine a light on the artists that lie in the shadows of their mainstream counterparts. You don't get unconditional support from "Hip Hop" radio stations like that anymore. Either you gotta pay some one off or you need to be a Top 40 artist to get any love. Otherwise your shit ain't seein' the light of day!
