Hah, I was so relieved right after the soothing trax of Prelude To Oblivion took over its turn hahaa.. I think this Californian blackened deathmetallers already know that their creations are too dangerous to the listeners. So it needs some slower parts to cool down the heat so that it wont blow everyone ears hehee.. So in between the blast-beat they have also featured few slower tempo and also an instrumental trax. Ok, AltarCunt is the combination of Black and Death Metal hymns with the war and brutal flavours. Very much raw and old skool taste. Fast attacking riffs with the mixture of catchy slower tempo, furious screaming and vicious growling. I'm fukkin sure those old timers should love this kind of style. And for those younger generations this is a clear example for you to know the real sounds of darkest DM in the 80s and 90s.
