DESCRIPTION:
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania's Frail perform in 1994. Transferred from vhs to Dvd. Not sure where it was recorded, but I believe a basement in Philadelphia or the surrounding tri state area.

Frail was a political d.i.y. straight-edge hardcore/emocore band from Philly, PA that existed during the early to mid nineties.
