DESCRIPTION:
After years and years of searching for the composer of "Blue Ain't Just A Color" (which I'd heard many years prior on Star Search!), I finally found Rita Jones. She was skeptical at first getting my call out of the "Blue" that I was recording a song she'd written over 25 years ago, but within the months that followed, I learned that I not only found the composer of the song, but also two very incredible, loving, and supportive people who have hearts of gold.

While telling the story of my search for Rita at the cd release party of how this came about, just a bit was captured in this video. Rita and her husband Mike, who I met in person for the first time at the cd release party, have become wonderful friends. Pictures in the video include photos from the recording session of "Blue" along with some of Mike and Rita, plus pictures from Sherry's 1st album and some performances.
