Wake Up Without Caffeine Binaural Beats Energy Booster - Forest Sounds (no bees) - Video
PUBLISHED:  Sep 11, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
Use this session in the morning as a caffeine replacement, or any time you need an energy boost. This session uses a slow binaural beat with a rising pitch to create an extremely energizing effect. Added to the rising pitch is a simple 18 Hz (Beta) stimulus to further wake and energize the listener.

NOTE: This is an UPDATED VERSION of my original video found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aqv7MEVgWrs. The original version included sounds of bees in the forest soundtrack (which were often referred to as flies). I've had a lot of comments from people who found the bee sounds a bit irritating. Sorry bees. :( So, I finally got around to reproducing the video and soundtrack, WITHOUT THE BEE SOUNDS. I hope everyone who didn't quite like the bee sounds enjoy this version better. As ever, you're feedback is always welcome and appreciated. :)

This binaural beats sessions also comes with alternative background sound options. These include: beach waves, water stream, metal crystal bowls, orchestral, electronic and a 'just beats' version (no soundtrack).

Headphones

HEADPHONES ARE REQUIRED. This tracks uses Binaural Beats, so you must use headphones to be able to hear the beat properly.

Binaural beats work by sending a different frequency into each each. It's the different in each frequency which creates a beat sound inside your head. For this to work correctly, each each needs to hear each separate frequency clearly, which is why you need to use headphones.

Both the 'in-ear' earphones and 'over-ear' headphones are ok to use.
