DESCRIPTION:
Our directive was to creatively edit and help film a flood relief music video for the people of Treaty 7 affected by the flood that raged through Southern Alberta. The video needed to show the devastation, and the real emotions people were feeling, yet find a way to see the upside to the disaster.

Working tirelessly with country music artist Sean Hogan and Actor/Director Colin Cunningham, we created a music video that showed the raw emotion and impact on the Treaty 7 Nations, and Siksika in particular. In the end, we created a music video with a higher purpose; touching, thought-provoking, painful, tragic, and hopeful. It was a bridging of two worlds, ensuring anyone watching that there were real people. People who, although beaten down, will rise again.
