On friday evening (13 November 2015), multiple shootings and bombings occurred across Paris. The terrorist attacks in Paris show the violence and the suffering that we humans inflict each other. It's horrible to read those messages again and again. When will we humans finally realize, that we are all together responsible for the fate of our world and learn to solve conflicts peacefully?!

The song Today We Save The World has already been created in the end of 2013, but its story precisely acts from this dreary world, where such messages as the terror attacks in Paris achieve us almost every day. So the message of the song is still relevant.

In a time when all over the world there is so much suffering and violence, it is important, that we human beings understand, that we are all jointly responsible for our future. We are all together responsible for the fate of our world and only together we can ensure to make the world a more hopeful place. Today We Save The World is about confidence in a world where otherwise hopelessness, loneliness and sadness reign.

___ Information about the origin of Today We Save The World ___

Today We Save The World is a song initially was written for the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen 2014, I applied for with my acoustic band Junik. Unfortunately it did not work with our application for the Swiss pre-selection, but nevertheless our song got some really great feedback from numeral european countries, we're proud of.

Since our band channel was deleted by Youtube for unexplainable reasons, I decided to upload Today We Save The World on my Pianoman channel. In spring 2014 Junik started a new channel, again. So if you want to see more videos of Junik, necessarily visit our separate band channel 'Junik2014'.
