DESCRIPTION:
The Savage Rose - Danish rock group founded in 1967 by Anders Koppel and Thomas Koppel with Annisette Hansen, Jens Rugsted, Flemming Ostermann, Alex Riel and Ilse Maria Koppel as a backing-project for a TV-show. Their debut as an established rock-group was in May 1968 on Plænen in Tivoli, Copenhagen.

Annisette Koppel (born 29 August 1948, née Annisette Hansen) is a Danish singer.
Annisette's recording debut as a singer began in the late 1950s when she and her sister Rudi Hansen recorded some children's songs for the Swedish record label Sonet. By the age of 16, Annisette was performing live on stage with the pop group Dandy Swingers and released a solo-single "Livet Er Nu" (Life Is Now).
In 1967 Annisette formed the band The Savage Rose together with brothers Thomas and Anders Koppel.

Debiut nagraniowy Annisette jako piosenkarki rozpoczął się pod koniec lat pięćdziesiątych, kiedy wraz ze swoją siostrą Rudi Hansen nagrała piosenki dla dzieci dla szwedzkiej wytwórni Sonet. W wieku 16 lat Annisette występowała na żywo na scenie z popową grupą Dandy Swingers i wydała solowy singiel „ Livet Er Nu ” (Life Is Now).
W 1967 Annisette wraz z braćmi Thomasem i Andersem Koppelami założyła zespół The Savage Rose .
Od połowy 1970 roku, grupę reprezentowało trio akustyczne składające się z; Thomas Koppel, Annisette Koppel i John Ran.
