The New York Times describes the Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Sarah Jarosz, as "one of acoustic music's most promising young talents: a singer-songwriter and mandolin and banjo prodigy with the taste and poise to strike that rare balance of commercial and critical success."

On June 17, Jarosz releases her fourth album, Undercurrent, via Sugar Hill Records. Undercurrent is co-produced by Jarosz and Grammy Award-winning engineer and producer Gary Paczosa. The album reflects Jarosz’s unique combination of her early roots-based background and new influences, stemming from a recent move to New York and a diverse group of musical colleagues, and embodies a true artist during the process of personal evolution and discovery.

Jarosz stopped by The Attic Lounge at the historic War Memorial Auditorium to play a few songs from her impressive discography and share some of the stories behind her music.
